my Mission

We are at our safest and strongest when we are at our most open and willing—to fail, to be vulnerable, and to risk getting hurt. And in risking getting hurt we grow and carry those lessons with us, well beyond the walls of therapy. My role as a therapist is to be, first of all, someone who prioritizes mental health in and through all aspects of my identity. It is through experience over time that I can pass on practical tools and insight to prioritize your mental health.

Reaching out is difficult. The investment of time and effort is treasured. And for what it gives back, you are worth it.

What Reviewers are Saying:

Yuna has been a tremendous help so far. She is very easy for a closed off person like myself to open up to and contains a wealth of knowledge and insight. I feel grateful and lucky to have her.

Yuna is the best counselor I have ever had. She listens to me and addresses my concerns. She is always offering new ways to communicate and meet with me. This is the best counseling experience I have ever had and I would highly recommend her to a friend.

When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.
